Term of Subscription

We have included additional terms that apply to your use of our subscription-based collections as a student (“Subscription Plans”). By choosing a Subscription Plan, you agree to the additional terms in this section. The use of GrannyMaster Business is not governed by these Terms, but by the agreement between GrannyMaster and the subscriber organization.

Subscription Plans 

If you subscribe to a Subscription Plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content included in that Subscription Plan through the Services. 

You can access a Subscription Plan based on the subscription you purchase or renew. Subscriptions cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared.

We reserve the right to revoke any license to use the content in our Subscription Plans for legal or policy reasons at any time and at our sole discretion, such as if we no longer have the right to provide the content through a Subscription Plan. 

Free trials and renewals

You may start with a free trial. During signup, you will be informed of the duration of your free trial period. GrannyMaster determines eligibility for the free trial at its sole discretion and may limit eligibility or duration. If we determine that you are not eligible, we will terminate the free trial and suspend your subscription.

Billing and payments

You will be able to see the subscription fee at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Please see our Refund Policy for Subscription Plans for more details.

We reserve the right to change our Subscription Plans or adjust pricing for our Services at any time. A price change or a change to your subscription will take effect following notice to you, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Disclaimers for Subscriptions

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific content in any Subscription Plan or guarantee the minimum amount of content in any Subscription Plan. Any time in the future, we reserve the right to add or remove additional features from any Subscription Plan, or to otherwise modify or terminate a Subscription Plan at our sole discretion.
